When she loses her job to a shitty excel spreadsheet that she made, the only thing keeping a tired NYC accountant around is looking out for her tweeker neighbor's kids. So rather than leave them behind or stay behind herself, she kidnaps them in the hopes of providing a better life.

Just finished To Live For, and it's now live over on My Screenplays. And oof, what a difficult one to write! Every bit of research for that was kind of torturous, but, I think it's the best thing I've written so far. The Destroyer is almost finished and will be up in a couple days. Note that neither of these screenplays are getting entered in the Nicholl (this year, at least); for whatever reason, I totally thought the deadline was May 9th, but found on on May 2nd that it was May 1st. So, it kind of sucks that I didn't get to enter all three screenplays I'd intended to enter into the Nicholl, but it was nice to be able to sit back and not rush the finishing touches. I plan on entering both The Destroyer and To Live For into Austin, so hopefully that goes well. I'm just glad its deadline is both so close to the Nicholl's, and also a couple weeks behind it. It makes a nice backup.
